Fast becoming a springtime tradition in and around Boone, local dining establishments and well-known local personalities join forces to serve up great food and offer a unique blend of service for one special day to raise money for a worthy cause.

2009 Participating Restaurants include: Makoto's, Pepper's, Bandana's, Casa Rustica, Storie Street Grill, Chetola Restaurant, Char, Troy's 105 Diner, Glidewells, Mast Farm Inn, Gadabouts, Peddler, Los Arcoiris, Beef O'Brady's, Six Pence Pub, Woodlands, Red Onion, Sunrise Grill, The Bistro, Sledgehammer Charley's, Capone's, Chick-Fil-A, Blimpie's.

Local Churches that will be participating and helping Hearts of Hospitality are: Unitarian, St. Elizabeth's, Faithbridge UMC, St. Luke's Episcopalian, Rumble Presbyterian, St. Mary's, Oak Grove Baptist, Deerfield UMC, Foscoe Christian, Mt. Calvary Baptist, St. Bernadette's, Grace Lutheran, Boone UMC.

Last year's event raised over $50,000 in one day and this year's event is shaping up to be the best ever! WE are very excited to announce that the beneficiary of our 2009 Celebrity Serve event is the Hospitality House "Giving Hope a Hand" Combined Campaign for building and operating a new homeless shelter for the High Country. All money raised through Celebrity Serve will go towards building a new kitchen for the shelter.
